Care at Home and in the Community

The care delivered is solution focused, achieving and evidencing positive outcomes for individuals and their families/carers.  We specialise in providing care and support to young adults 16+ with a learning disability and/or physical disability and older people living in their own homes and in the wider community.   Our service provides vulnerable people with care and support to live with dignity and independence in their own home, and to access their local community whilst taking some of the pressure away from family members, carers and friends.
